REPAIR CENTER PROCESS

 

Having your computer serviced in our repair center is a very straight-forward process.

 

Text Box: (1) Computer is brought into repair facility 

	If you are dropping the computer off yourself, you will 	fill out a form detailing the problems/situation.  You will prepay the diagnostic/ evaluation fee at drop-off.

	If you have an on-site technician at your home or office that recommends repair facility, he will fill out the necessary paperwork for you. Your initial service charge covers the cost of your diagnostic/evaluation fee and you do not need to pay another fee.  He will bring the computer the facility for you.

(2) You will have the option of choosing standard or rush service.

(3) Our technicians will diagnose/evaluate the computer and you will receive a phone call explaining what our technicians have found.  Pricing information and options will be given to you in the form of a verbal estimate.

(4) You decide what work you wish to be done and give us the go-ahead.

(5) Upon completion, you will receive a telephone call from our customer service department to arrange the return of your computer.

	If our technician picked up your computer from you, we will schedule a time to deliver it back and re-set it up. Included with the service fee you paid at pickup is up to ½ hr delivery/setup.

	If you dropped off your computer, you will be able to pick it up during our normal business hours.   You may also choose to have a technician deliver your computer and set-it up for you.  This would be at our normal on-site service rate.

(6) You will be given a detailed invoice with descriptions of all work completed. Payment can be made via credit card, check, new age computer gift card, or cash.  You will also receive detailed warranty information and a sticker will be placed on your computer with our contact information.
