Our state of the art repair facility is the place to bring your system when you want flat-rate pricing, combined with advanced troubleshooting, and excellent service.
Text Box: You may bring your computer directly to our repair facility yourself. Arrangements should be made prior to your arrival. Please call 1.877.9.NEWAGE to arrange to bring your computer to us for evaluation or repair. While-you-wait service is available for an additional charge. We also recommend our On-Site service if you require immediate repairs. Turnaround times for Service Center repairs are 1-2 days for basic, or 3-5 days for advanced services. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Our repair facility is located at: 913 COOKS LN BALTIMORE, MD 21229 The customer entrance is located at the end of the driveway. Repair Center hours are 9am-5pm EST.

Occasionally, your technician will recommend that your system be brought into our repair facility.  Our advanced repair facility offers comprehensive troubleshooting, backup methods, and flat-rate pricing.
