You call 1.877.9.NEWAGE and speak to one of our friendly customer service representatives. They will discuss our rates and how we can help you. |

We schedule a time for a technician to come out that is convenient for you. |

The technician arrives during the scheduled window. He will identify himself and provide you with id. He will review our charges and procedures with you. You will be given a form to sign that also keeps track of the time. This protects you and us from any confusion. |

He will evaluate your situation and discuss it with you. He will generally spend the first half hour of the visit evaluating and diagnosing the problem or situation. |

Recommendations will be made as to the best way to handle your situation. The technician may recommend upgrading, repairing, or even replacing the computer system if a problem is very serious. |

Work will begin. Your technician will take care of the issue-at-hand. He will explain his steps along the way if you request. You may ask as many questions as you like during the process. |

Our repair center is sometimes recommended if it is not feasible to remedy a particular problem on-site. If this is the case, the technician will explain the process to you and he will bring your system to our repair center. |

At completion, you will be given the service invoice detailing time spent, and total charges. You may pay with credit card, check, or cash. You will be given information about how to obtain technical support and warranty assistance. The technician will place a sticker on your computer with our contact information. |
